Joan’s background in child development and the emotional needs of people navigating medical crisis – with approximately a decade leading a Child Life program at a major Connecticut hospital – is the foundation of The Del’s approach. She founded The Del after searching for a structured community for her own family member and finding nothing in South Palm Beach County.
Gary brings a business and legal background alongside a deep family commitment to building what didn’t exist for people living with serious mental illness in South Palm Beach County.
